The emphasis of the program is performance coaching. It is not an educational course or a qualification - there are many other organisations out there who already provide these. But if you want to deliver improved supply chain results in your organisation over the next 12 weeks, then this is the program for you.

If you have the interest and ambition to sign up, in exchange for the program being completely free to you (it is actually worth well over $1000....), you will be helping me to evaluate it in terms of content, engagement and effectiveness.

How is it structured?

A program of teaching and coaching from an experienced mentor to enable participants to deliver significant performance improvements at work and to achieve personal growth over a 3 month period.
Focused input, group learning and one-to-one coaching sessions.
4 hours of one-to-one coaching over 12 weeks.
12 hours of taught and shared content to inform and motivate.
All tools and materials downloadable.

What does the program cover?

I will be covering concepts, tools and techniques from the worlds of performance coaching, change management, performance measurement, lean six sigma, business process re-engineering, NLP and leadership, amongst others.

However, a list of content does not adequately describe your experience as it is only one part of the input that you will receive. The key to achieving performance improvements is putting your ideas into practice and helping you to do this is the real focus of the program.

I have focused on the most effective ways of combining the best practice of several areas so that your learning can be accelerated and your personal business challenge will result in financial and operational success.

This is a unique program and a one-off genuine opportunity.

What do I need to provide?

To be accepted on to the program you will need:-

to be a manager in a supply chain related function of a manufacturing or distribution company in Europe or North America.
to be committed to working on an improvement project of your own which can have a genuine business impact within 3 months.
to attend one 60 minute online meeting per week on Wednesdays at 20:00 UK time during the 12 weeks of the program.
to participate in 5 one-to-one telephone coaching sessions (2 of 30 mins and 3 of up to one hour) spread across the duration of the program.
to be willing to provide feedback for use by Scense Ltd. for program development and marketing purposes.
a willingness to allow yourself to develop and grow personally.

When does the program start?

The program starts at 20:00 UK time (GMT) [15:00 EST] on Wednesday 20th February 2019.

Terms and Conditions

The decision to allow participants on to this pilot program lies solely with Scense Ltd. Applicants may be declined for any reason whatsoever and Scense Ltd. will not disclose the reasoning of any selection decisions that are made.
The program will permit a maximum of 10 participants.
Participants will be accepted from European and North American manufacturing and distribution companies only.
Participants must be managers or directors in a supply chain related function.
A maximum of two people can be accepted from any one organisation.
Participants who do not participate in the activities of the program can be removed from the program and will not receive the materials or benefits associated with the completion of the program.
It will not be possible to join the program after it has started.
Participants understand and accept that the level of benefit achieved during the program will be dependent upon the nature of the opportunity and their activity to realize the opportunity. No guarantees are given by Scense Ltd. that participation in this program will result in financial or other benefits.
Participants understand and agree that they will provide feedback that may be used to develop future releases of the program and also for marketing purposes by Scense Ltd. The information used will be name and job title. Company name may also be used with the prior agreement of the participant.
