Mentoring 

Mentoring is particularly relevant for developing talent in organisations where external experience and perspective adds significantly to in-house training and development programmes.

The mentoring I deliver extends my supply chain coaching approach to include important areas of input such as consulting skills, management skills, risk management, change management etc. 

Mentoring therefore delivers rapid personal growth for resourceful individuals with high potential, and is perfect to sit alongside other training and development programmes and succession plans. 

A key feature of the mentoring approach is the experience and external challenge that I bring to the engagements. With over 35 years' experience in planning, software and supply chain consultancy and change management, I am able to provide multi-industry perspectives, benchmarks and challenges to bring the most out of the individual and their influence on the organisation's performance.
